Atheism 101: What is Atheism?
Christians and Others is how I wish to classify the term: Theist and Atheists. Nevertheless, it’s for your perception to what you hold as Theists and what you see as Atheist. The article specifies a safe guideline on how to know both sides and develop on what to increase or decrease.
To me, I understand this perfectly to mean: is about the individual of which it’s so cumbersome to express and distinctly emphasize. I’m a Christian no doubt(and a staunch Catholic) but this article has helped me navigate how to break either folds(Christians vs Others) into an understandably simpler term as it further split itself to befit the person.
This is a simple question with a simple answer, but there is a lot of misinformation surrounding atheism. As such, I think it is important to go into quite a bit of detail about what an atheist actually is. This post will be in three parts: the first part will discuss what atheism is, the second part will discuss the idea of different types of atheism, and the third part will discuss how someone can be an atheist.
Let’s begin with what atheism is. To put it simply, atheism is the belief that gods don’t exist. As I stated before, this is a simple answer, but it is surrounded by misinformation and disagreement.
